It’s that time of year again—and we need YOUR help to make our Flea Market a success!

Volunteer Opportunities

Setup & Sorting Begins:

• Monday, July 6 at 10:00 AM - 4:00pm – Table setup and item moving from storage and sorting

Donation Drop-Offs (at the Youth Center):

• Monday, July 7 – Saturday, July 19
• Weekdays: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Want to Volunteer?

Contact the Parish Office at 570-961-9231 and let her know your availability.

👩‍🍳 Areas Where Help Is Needed:

• Kitchen: Cooks, servers, order takers, dishwashers, cashiers
• Floor Help: Restock items, clean tables, assist customers, run registers
• Specialty Areas: Jewelry & collectibles tables, sorting & organizing donations

Or just stop by, say hello, and lend a hand wherever you're needed!

🥬 Food Prep Days:

• Saturday, July 11: Golombki ("Piggies") Day – 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

🍰 Baked Goods Donations:

We welcome baked goods like brownies, breads, cakes, cupcakes, and more!

If these dates still do not fit into your busy life schedule and you want to volunteer, PLEASE Call Lorne Notari 570-840-2108 to make arrangements for "special" after hours work times. We will work with you to arrange for everyone to be able to help out. If you have time after work or whenever we will get you in and guide you with projects that need to be completed to make this year's Flea Market a Big Success..
